Are you a licensed dealer?

Yes! We order our parts directly from General Motors and MOPAR. 

Is it possible to order directly from General Motors or MOPAR?

No! Many websites try to imply you are ordering from the manufacturer, but GM and Chrysler/MOPAR DO NOT sell to the public. Per contractual dealer agreements, only a licensed dealer like us, or a reseller that purchased from a licensed dealer like us, is able to source and sell genuine parts.

What brands do you carry?

Our General Motors line includes Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and AC Delco, and we can still get certain products for brands no longer produced, such as Pontiac and Hummer. Our MOPAR line includes Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, RAM, Fiat, and Magnetti Marelli. We have access to every part number that was ever produced for these makes, though some discontinued products have no stock left anywhere in the world.

Are your parts actually genuine OE (original equipment)?

100% yes. We do not carry aftermarket parts at this time (except for AC Delco and Magnetti Marelli, as they are produced by the OE manufacturers), and we don't participate in any "funny business" that we've seen from some competitors, such as items claiming to be genuine that come in generic, unmarked packaging. We are a true dealer in the Dallas, Texas region with a full team of parts and service professionals. What do you mean when you say "if we can't get it, nobody can?"

As a licensed dealer, we have access to every parts distribution center in our manufacturers' networks. However, we can also see the inventory of every other licensed dealer. Most of our competitors are unwilling or unable to source parts from distant dealers when the manufacturer has run out, so they tell you you're out of luck. We are different. If any unit exists anywhere in North America, we can see who has it and where, and we have a process in place to get these parts direct shipped to you when other dealers can't or won't do the same. We have had countless customers tell us they've been trying to find a part for months, and we get it for them in a week. We would be glad to help you in the same way.

What happens if the part I purchase fails? 

Our products have a nationwide warranty (1 - 3 years depending on the product). If your part fails during the warranty period, we will either replace it for you ourselves, or we'll help you get a free replacement from your local dealer. Please note that this process is intended to address premature failures and other production defects, not damage from something like a collision. 

What is your Low-Price and Right-Part Guarantee?

Our Low-Price Guarantee means that if we aren't already the most economical option for a product like we usually are, we will match or beat any delivered (subtotal + shipping) price you find elsewhere online for the same part number. To be eligible for a price match, parts must be new (like ours) and truly available. Our Right-Part Guarantee is included at no charge when you provide your VIN at checkout. The VIN allows us to use the manufacturer parts catalog to ensure the item(s) you purchased is truly what was designed and intended for your model. There are many part variations these days, with the large selection of trim and option packages offered on new cars, so the VIN is crucial to ensuring you don't get the wrong item. If you provide your VIN and we somehow send you an incompatible part (extremely rare), we will cover all return expenses and either replace it or fully refund you.
